| Exchanges |
Exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis. As long as the original item is in the same condition that is was received, an exchange will be honored in most cases if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Sometimes things don't smell or look like we think they will - we get it!

| Returns |
Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis and your complete satisfaction is ALWAYS our top priority. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. | Refunds |
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

| Damages and Issues |
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution. If you receive damaged merchandise or do not receive it at all, the carrier will need to conduct an investigation. We try our absolute best to pack all items carefully and with great caution.
